Jamie Tomasello (she/her and he/him) is a technology and policy leader with a strategic focus on practical, sustainable operations and outcomes aligned with business risk. For over 20 years, she/he has been addressing security, compliance, and operational issues at internet service providers, security companies, law firms, and nonprofits. Jamie is the Managing Director at Superbloom Design, a nonprofit whose mission is to change who technology serves by prioritizing human-centered design, community-based research, and knowledge sharing. In her/his role, Jamie provides strategic operational guidance and manages People Operations, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Security functions. She/He also serves as a subject matter expert to the Superbloom team and civil society on privacy, compliance, cybersecurity, mental health, and sociotechnical research. In addition to her/his work with Superbloom, Jamie is the founder of Keel Paradox, a cybersecurity consultancy focused on providing tailored security and compliance advisory services for nonprofits and startups, and she/he is a startup mentor for the Techstars Detroit accelerator program.

Mike Amado, IT Program Administrator, City of Murrieta

Mike Amado is an IT professional with 10+ years of experience in law enforcement, healthcare, and local government. As IT Program Administrator for the City of Murrieta, he oversees city-wide IT project implementation. Mike has served as an Information Technology Strategist for the Fort Lauderdale Police Department and as a Police Officer. Mike holds a Bachelor’s in Information Technology from Florida International University specializing in Networking and Systems Administration. He brings diverse IT skills driving technology projects for public sector organizations.
